€1.6m in Six Months
DID Electrical is a well-established Irish retailer with 23 brick and mortar stores and 50 years of business experience. Following their e-commerce store migration from WooCommerce to Shopify, they wanted to improve their email marketing automations and switch platforms to Klaviyo. Their current email flows were generating about 2% of their revenue per month – our goal was to increase this to 20%.
Since DID would be starting from scratch with Klaviyo, we decided our full lifecycle automation approach would be the best solution. This included new template designs, six high performing flows, lead capture, list cleaning, segmentation and in-house training with the marketing team.
In the first week of launching their new automation, DID accrued over €52,000 revenue attributed to Klaviyo flows. As their sending infrastructure warmed over the next six month period, attributed flow revenue grew from 2% to over 20% and generated to a whopping €1.6 million!
