The $479k Newsletter Series
HORNE is a high-end luxury furniture store based in the US. While their automated email flows were working quite well, they wanted to further engage with their customers in an authentic way. Before working with Quincy, HORNE were only sending emails when they were running sales and promotions. They wanted to avoid being associated purely with discounts and offer more value to subscribers.
Process
We created a weekly newsletter series, highlighting products and stories that would appeal to their audience while maintaining HORNE’s strong brand identity. Email content provided value and the design was aesthetically pleasing and mobile-optimized. We made use of strong segmentation and targeted trade customer with tailored messaging.
Results
The newsletter series resulted in an additional $36k revenue its first 4 weeks. Since then we have continued to grow revenue, open, click rates and engagement. In 2020, the first year of the newsletter series generated $352k in attributed campaign revenue – a 75% increase on the previous year. In 2021, the newsletter series generated $479k in campaign revenue, a further 27% increase YoY.
